Biographical note
Amram D. Tropper, DPhil (2001) in Jewish History, Oxford University, is Lecturer of Jewish History at Ben-Gurion University. He is author of Wisdom, Politics and Historiography: Tractate Avot in the Context of the Graeco-Roman Near East (Oxford, 2004).
