MARC files

Brill has MARC21 records available for all titles in E-Book collections. For more information and downloads visit Brill’s books and journals platform at http://booksandjournals.brillonline.com/marc. There you will find for each collection a file with the complete set of available MARC records as well as the latest update with added / modified records.

For our Reference Works, Bibliographies and specific Primary Source collections Brill has MARC records available on the level of the publication / collection. These records link to the home page of the publication through a URL in the the 856-field. The URL itself is based on a DOI.

For Brill’s Primary Sources Online, offering access to title-based collections, Brill has MARC records available on a title level. These records can be downloaded from the home page of the collection by clicking on the option “MARC21 records” in the left column. The records contain links to the online copy of the title in the 856-field.
