The Tilburg Law Review, , the Journal of International and European Law (TLR), is a peer-reviewed journal which promotes the legal analysis of current societal problems arising at the European and international level. The Tilburg Law Review seeks to encourage a scholarly debate among researchers, academics and practitioners that could contribute to the search for socially sustainable solutions. The scope of the journal is purposefully broad in order to capture the latest developments in a wide range of issues at the intersection of international and European law as they arise. In order to make cutting edge research available to its readers, TLR often serves as a platform for debate on original or pressing topics in the form of Special Issues.
