The Frontiers of Law in China (FLC) is a peer-reviewed academic journal, which presently publishes original papers. It aims to provide a forum for global jurists and legal practitioners, who are interested in Chinese law and the legal issues surrounding the reform of the contemporary Chinese legal system and that of other countries related in a global context. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to, civil law, commercial law, economic law, environmental law, intellectual property law, penal law, procedural law, administrative law, international law, and legal history.
