A Brill Calendar

In these pages writer and thinker Willem Dijkhuis created a unique worldview through a perpetual calendar. Working on the premise that a new day brings a fresh challenge, Willem took an event for each calendar day of the year and created a witty and informative column from the facts and at his disposal.

Sadly Willem passed away on the 8th December 2011. As with everyone who knew him, all of us at Brill will miss him greatly.
