Collection includes manuscripts and first editions of lute music; music of the Low Countries; music of French masters as well as a number of collections of music for the French hurdy-gurdy (vièle) and the bagpipe (musette); first editions of almost all of the chamber music by Hadyn and Boccherini, the string quartets by Mozart and Beethoven and a large number of works by contemporaries.
