Biographical note
Christine Van den Wyngaert is a judge at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. She served as a judge at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (2003 – 2009) and as an ad hoc judge at the International Court of Justice (2000 - 2002). She was a professor of law at the University of Antwerp and holds honorary doctoral degrees from the Universities of Uppsala and Brussels.
Steven Dewulf holds a PhD from the Law Faculty of the University of Antwerp. He specialises in international and European criminal law, international humanitarian law and human rights law.
