History of the Russian Parliamentary System
Monographs and documents relating to the history of the "representative bodies" in different periods of Russian history. The first part is devoted to the first Russian Parliament and includes books and serials ranging from the stenographic records and decrees of the State Duma, reports of the parliamentary factions of different political parties, biographies of its deputies, archival collections of the Duma. Most of the books were published at the beginning of the 20th century. The second part, devoted to the Soviet period, includes hearings in the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and Soviet Republics, official gazettes of these legislative bodies and collections of laws determining the status of deputies among documents.
