Peter Nagel, Dr. theol. (Leipzig 1961) Dr. phil. habil. (Halle-Wittenberg 1967) is Prof. em. in Christian Oriental Studies at the University of Bonn, Germany. His main topics are Coptic language and literature, Gnosticism & Manichaeism, and New Testament Apocrypha.

Siegfried G. Richter, Dr. phil. habil is apl. Prof. in Coptology and research associate at the Institute for New Testament Textual Research at the University of Muenster. His main topics are Manichaeism, Christian Nubia, and the Coptic tradition of the New Testament.
