Laila al-Zwaini earned her degree in Arabic at the University of Leiden and is presently working towards an M.A. degree at SOAS, University of London.
Rudolph Peters, Ph.D. (1979) in Islamic Studies, University of Amsterdam. He has published extensively on Islamic law and Islam and politics, and is currently Professor of Islamic Law at the University of Amsterdam.
