Asian Yearbook of International Law, Volume 10 (2001-2002)
General Editors: B.S. Chimni, Miyoshi Masahiro and Surya P. Subedi
Reviews
'The Yearbook has certainly provided very useful materials on the Asian practice in international law, and the generality of the influence of international law is plain to see. It shows the diversity of views on international law among the different cultures and legal regimes in the continent. Asia has great potential in the advancement of international law for the benefit of both itself and the world at large. While the understanding and dissemination of international law have been deepening and widening across the continent, there is much to be done in this process by Asian lawyers and scholars, in collaboration with colleagues from other regions, through a unique instrument such as this Yearbook.'
