Paul Norbury has Received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays

Own very own Paul Norbury was awarded The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays, for his contribution to the development of Japanese Studies at a ceremony at the Japan Embassy in London.
